Hurricane Irene & USA Operations Update

Operations and flights to and from the North Eastern USA airports are resuming today, Monday August 29th. Carriers advised that they are confident being able to clean up any backlog created by Sunday’s flight cancelations within the next 48 hours.

We still anticipate some interruptions related to ground services (deliveries and pick ups) in the NY area as in some neighborhoods, road access is impacted and some businesses and their employees are still without power.

The situation overall is expected to be back to normal by Wednesday (8/31).
